Can I make payment by telephone?
To make payment by phone using your VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express Card or PayPal Debit Card call toll free (800) 433-8950 during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST).
 
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover charge cards and debit cards. We also accept payments by PayPal. You may also mail in a money order payable to: Best Imports. Mailed in payments are only available for shipping and billing addresses located in the contiguous United States. 
 
How will my order be shipped?
All items will be shipped via Fed-Ex Ground. We do not ship to P.O., APO/FPO boxes. You must provide a street address. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Our Free Shipping only applies to the continental U.S..  If you would like expedited shipping please contact us to make arrangements and receive shipping charge information.
 
Do you ship to locations outside of the US?
No we do not at this time.
 
When will my order ship?
The estimated delivery time is based on the seller's handling time, the shipping service selected, and when the seller receives cleared payment. In most cases, the estimated delivery time will be 2-6 days after payment has cleared. 
 
How do I track my order?
When your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You would simply click that tracking link to get an estimated delivery date.  No updates are available until the tracking email is sent to you.
 
Is your website checkout secure?
Yes, we use 128-bit encryption on all customer information transmitted during checkout process.
 
Do you charge sales tax on purchases?
We only charge sales tax for items shipped to: LA (8.75%).
